The school development plan interlinks with the broader organisational strategy and informs business planning.
The plan aims to be inclusive and ensure that all staff, parents / carers, Governors & Trustees have the opportunity to:
- contribute their thoughts and ideas under proposed core headings.
- say what they think may be missing or could be changed
- to promote the learners voice and opinions on what is missing or could be changed
The Children’s Trust school evaluation and development planning process is an ongoing cycle requiring input from all key stakeholders.
