Giving in memory

Making a donation in someone's memory is a very special way to remember a loved one, and at the same time help children with brain injury.

Increasingly, people are choosing to ask family and friends for donations in lieu of flowers at a funeral service or life celebration.

If this is something you would like to do, we aim to make the process as simple as possible for you during this difficult time. Please email supportercare@thechildrenstrust.org.uk or call us on 01737 364 349 and we’ll happily supply you with all necessary information.

We can provide you with Giving in Memory leaflets, information about The Children's Trust and donation forms.

Collection boxes

Let us know the name of the person for whom a collection is made so we can collate all donations given in their memory. Sometimes funeral directors will collect donations on your behalf and send them directly to us.

Book of Remembrance

At The Children's Trust, we offer an inscription into our Book of Remembrance to anyone specifically making an in-memory donation.

Our beautiful book is on display in a glass-topped wooden case, and we encourage supporters to come and see their entry (by prior arrangement).

An entry is our way of thanking you for your donation. For a small fee, we can arrange a replica of your inscription as a keepsake, this comes encased in hard-back remembrance card.

Each year we also include the names of those who leave a legacy.

Donations can be sent directly to: The Children's Trust, Tadworth Court, Tadworth, Surrey KT20 5RU or online using our donate facility. Please include the name of the person you are wishing to remember and the reason for your special donation.
