Are you retiring, moving house, or welcoming a new family member? Planning for the future is important, and writing a Will ensures your loved ones are protected. If you're worried about the cost, we’ve partnered with the National Free Wills Network and Farewill to offer a free Will writing service which suit your needs.

How our free Will service works

You have two easy options:

  • Option 1: Write your Will online or over the phone through Farewill.

     Start your Will online with Farewill

  • Option 2: Request a free Wills pack by post. Fill in the form below and The National Free Wills Network will send you your pack in the post and put you in touch with trusted solicitors in your area.

What you get with both options

  • A simple Will at no cost through our partnership. More complex Wills may incur an additional charge.
  • There’s no obligation to leave a gift to us, but we’d be incredibly grateful if you choose to do so.
