Choose your distance, and choose The Children's Trust! Taking on TrekFest is no mean feat, but the challenge is simple - every trekker aims to complete their route within the time limit set. There are four choices this year so there really is no reason why you can't give it a go! You can choose from the a 100km route, a 75km route, a 50km route or a 25km route. TrekFest is tough ... but it is achievable. Yes, it hurts; yes, it will push you; yes there are moments you will doubt yourself BUT you can and will succeed! This TrekFest is held in beautiful and stunning hills of the Brecon Beacons which are the training grounds for the SAS so as you can imagine, "The Beacons" will provide you with an extreme physical challenge. This challenge crosses the highest peaks in in the Beacons and South Wales including Pen y Fan (886m), Corn Du (873m), Cribyn (795m) and Fan y Big (719m). All four routes will start and finish at the TrekFest village where organisers, Global Adventure Challenges, will have loads of facilities for participants including showers, camping plots, free breakfast and medical support.
