Race options and requirements

Distance: Choose from half mile, one mile, two miles, 5K or 10K swim

Entry fee, minimum age and minimum sponsorship per distance: 

• For Half mile: entry fee is £25, minimum age is 12 years old, minimum sponsorship is £149
• For one mile: entry fee is £29, minimum age is 16 years old, minimum sponsorship is £199
• For two miles: entry fee is £35, minimum age is 16 years old, minimum sponsorship is £199
• For 5K: entry fee is £39, minimum age is 16 years old, minimum sponsorship is £199
• For 10K: entry fee is £55, minimum age is 18 years old, minimum sponsorship is £249
