Distance: Choose from a 21K, 31K or 50K race

Minimum age: All runners must be aged 11 years and over

Entry fee: 21K- £30 plus booking fee

                 31K- £40 plus booking fee

                 50K- £45 plus booking fee

Minimum sponsorship: 21K- £199, 31K & 50K- £249
