Volunteer in our shops

When you volunteer in one of our shops you can gain so much. Not only will you meet new people and gain work experience, but you will also be helping to support children with brain injury. Volunteering opportunities: We have 21 charity shops across Surrey, Kent and Sussex and our team of dedicated volunteers help run all of them. Our shops need volunteers on the sales floor or behind the scenes getting stock ready to go on sale.  We also have specialist roles available including: Van drivers and Van assistants, electrical portable appliance and function testers, stock generators and administration support. How to get started.
  • Think about how much time you’re able to give – it could be a day a month or a few hours a week.
  • Visit your local shop and chat to the manager or give the shop a call.
  • Arrange a taster day.
There are many ways our volunteers can support children with brain injury from working in our shops, helping at a fundraising event, children’s trips out from Tadworth, drive a mini bus or shops van, work experience or internship, even team garden challenges. Why not take a look at our current opportunities. Whatever you decide to do will make a real difference and help us to support thousands of children with brain injury and their families every year. Last year our 21 charity shops raised over £2 million to support our children and we couldn’t have done this without the support of our valued volunteers.
