Virtual Great North Run 2020

Like most events the Great North Run has been cancelled. However, Great Run has developed an alternative idea for runners to still get involved. On Sunday 13 September runners can take place in their ‘official’ Virtual Great North Run. This will offer a unique virtual half marathon race experience on the weekend that it was meant to happen.
The event is free to participate in and is open for all runners, whether they had a Great North Run place or not. Entries open on Monday 3 August so please do visit the Great North Run’s website to find out more and to sign up when their entries open: https://www.greatrun.org/great-north-run
