Statement: The Children’s Trust Supercar Event cancellation
In light of the current situation with COVID-19, we’re sorry to announce the cancellation of The Children’s Trust Supercar Event 2020.
We are now looking forward to next year's event which we're delighted to announce will take place on Friday 23 July and Saturday 24 July 2021.
The Children's Trust Supercar Event is our biggest annual fundraiser, raising up to £100,000 for children with brain injury. In these challenging times, it has never been more important to ensure we have the funds needed to deliver our services to the children and families who rely on us. If you would like to donate your ticket spend, we would very much appreciate this.
To donate your tickets, send us an email. To show our heartfelt thanks, you will then receive a code for money off next year’s tickets.
If that is not possible, you are of course entitled to hold your tickets over to 2021 or obtain a full refund. Your ticket provider will be in touch within the next 24 hours asking if you would like to carry forward your tickets to 2021 or receive a refund. All ticket refunds must be claimed by the 31 December 2020.
Thank you all for your patience and support. We hope to see you next year – Covid-restrictions permitting – where we will be back bigger and better than ever!
Q. Why has The Children’s Trust Supercar Event 2020 been cancelled?
The health and safety of the public, our volunteers and staff is always our number one priority and we feel it’s not possible to hold an event in the current situation with COVID-19.
Q Will the event be happening next year?
Covid restrictions permitting, yes, the event will be back on Friday 23rd and Saturday 24th July 2021. We hope to be back bigger and better than ever!
Q I have already purchased a ticket – will I be contacted about new tickets?
If you have already purchased a ticket your ticket provider will contact you by email to arrange for your ticket to be carried forward to 2021, or for a full refund. They will be in touch with all customers soon to confirm arrangements as above. Alternatively you can donate your tickets back to us.
Q Can I donate my tickets to the charity?
Of course, and thank you very much. Like many charities, The Children's Trust is facing huge funding challenges and any support you can lend to us to help our vital services continue are much appreciated. Please contact us. As a thank you we will send you a code for 30% off your booking for next year.

Q Do you still need volunteers for next year’s event?
Yes please! The event just couldn’t happen without volunteers. We’ll be launching a recruitment drive ahead of the event next year but if you’re interested please contact our Volunteering Team on firstname.lastname@example.org
