Virgin Money London Marathon 2021

The iconic London Marathon is back!

London

Sporting Events

Since 1981, hundreds of thousands of people have run the 26.2 mile London Marathon route, passing some of London's most iconic landmarks with cheers from the most supportive of crowds helping them around the course. And you can be there in 2021!

The Children's Trust have guaranteed places available on our team and we're giving a warm welcome to any runners successful in the ballot!

"Running the London Marathon for The Children's Trust was one of the toughest challenges I have ever taken on but also the most rewarding and inspiring experience of my life. Come join me and be part of the team"

We ask runners to apply for one of our places and if successful, there is a £100 registration fee to secure their place. All runners pledge to raise a minimum of £2000 in sponsorship to enable us to help children with brain injury live the best lives possible.

By running for us, you will receive:

  • A runners' pack full of fundraising advice and tips
  • Our very own Children's Trust branded running vest or t-shirt
  • Materials to inspire you and support your fundraising
  • Advice on the best training and nutrition resources
  • On the day cheering, sports massage and refreshments

Own place runners, join us! If you manage to secure your own place in the run, we would love to have you in our team! There is no minimum sponsorship, and you will still receive the same benefits as the rest of our Squad.

If you have any questions or would like to apply, please contact the Events Team on 01737 365000 or email [email protected]
