Valentina's video of recovery

Brother Noah has made the film 'Teeny - 1 year on... ' to show the year following Teeny's brain injury at the age of nine.

Published: November 2020

When she was nine years old, Valentina, known as Teeny to her family, acquired a brain injury after falling 28 feet onto a marble floor. She was rescued by Essex and Herts Air Ambulance, and later had rehabilitation at The Children's Trust.

A year on, Teeny has made amazing strides in her recovery and this September celebrated going back to school with her friends. Her family wanted to show their gratitude to the services that supported her by fundraising for The Children's Trust and the Air Ambulance service.

Her brother Noah has made a video of her journey. So far the family has raised over £5,000 split across both charities. The Children's Trust is incredibly grateful for their efforts.
