Disability Power 100 list 2018

Nominations for the Disability Power 100 List 2019 are open. We look at 2018’s most influential disabled people in the UK.

The Shaw Trust Disability Power 100 List shows inclusivity at its best with information on people from many industries who have all have personal experience of disability.

The list shows how aspiration and ambition can be fulfilled regardless of disability or impairment.

One of 2018’s Top 10, coming in at fifth position, is comedian and presenter Adam Hills.

Adam is hailed as ‘a great advocate for inclusion and breaking down stigma around disability’.

Adam is also a supporter of The Children’s Trust visiting children and young people with acquired brain injury and taking part in the charity’s annual London comedy night.

The list is motivational giving details on people from the arts, business, politics, sports among many other categories.
