GOSH has issued the advice in line with latest guidance from the Government which suggests that most children and young people no longer need to shield.

It explains that families might receive a text or letter from the Government to let them know that their child needs to start or stop 'shielding'.

The information, found on GOSH's Coronavirus (COVID-19) information hub, advises on what steps families can take and offers guidance on the return to school process.
