Match Siddique's efforts and donate today
Even though it was hard, Siddique walked, cycled and swam to get better. Now you can match his efforts by donating today!
Siddique was just three when he fell out of a first floor window and suffered a devasting brain injury. His future looked uncertain, but his mum Shaheena had absolute faith in her son that he would have the strength he would need to make it through.
Following life-saving surgery and a lengthy hospital stay, Siddique came to The Children’s Trust for specialist rehabilitation. He loved working with our expert teams during his intensive therapy sessions, who kept him motivated by personalising sessions to include football, art, animal encounters and cycling around the corridors. All his hard work started to pay off as he began showing wonderful signs of progress such as increased language, new movement and strength in his legs.
You can match the amazing efforts of Siddique and help support more children like him by donating today. Thanks to one of our generous supporters all donations given by 30 June 2025 will be matched. Donations made after this date will not be matched but will still help the children and young people we support.
Siddique is now at home, and his next goal is to walk again unaided. But there’s more children and families, like Siddique and Shaheena, that need our help. These families are in need of hope and your support could give them just that.
Thank you for being part of this community and donating today.
