Volunteering Vacancies

  • Whatever your skills and experience, and however much time you can offer, we have a volunteering opportunity for you!

     Join our volunteer family and help make a real difference to the lives of children with brain injury.  We couldn’t do it without people like you!  All of our volunteers are offered the following
    • A bespoke induction
    • Support and training as required
    • References for any future job if desired
    • Local travel and lunch expenses will be paid in line with our policy
    • Volunteer certificate and recognition of thanks
  • Whether you are looking for experience within HR, Fundraising, Communications, IT, Finance or Clinical services there will be an admin role to suit you and your needs. Your role will be crucial in giving a helping hand to deliver the work of The Children’s Trust, making a real difference to the lives of children with brain injury.     Time required: From 12- 4pm
    About:    Join us for our Annual Easter Fair with opportunities to man a stall, help set up the day or help in our café How to apply: Please
    Brighton Marathon           
    Date: Sunday 9th April
    Time required: From 8am- 2pm
    About:   Come and join us on the seafront, close to Brighton Pier.  Help needed to cheer on our runners and help at our after party at the Sea Life Centre, Brighton How to apply: Please
    London Marathon           
    Date: Sunday 23rd April
    Time required: From 8am- 2pm
    About:   Support needed to cheer on our team of 150 runners at our cheering stations in various locations throughout London.  Cheer on our dedicated team of marathon runners! The team have been training hard and raising vital funds for The Children’s Trust, the UK’s leading charity for children with brain injury. We’d love your support! How to apply: Please
    Summer Screen           
    Date: Date to be announced
    Time required: Either 1-5pm or 7.30-10.30pm
    About:   Join us for Summer Screen, our outdoor cinema event with opportunities to man a stall, help set up the day or help in our café How to apply: Please
    The Supercar Event, Cranleigh, Surrey           
    Date: Date to be announced
    Time required: Saturday and Sunday, 7am until 5pm
    About:   Held at Dunsfold Park, the home of Top Gear, The Supercar Event is the Children’s Trust largest event, with an expected audience of 20,000 people.   • Retail volunteering opportunities 

    Come and join our family of retail volunteers who raise vital funds and make a real difference to the lives of children with brain injury. Last year our shop volunteers contributed over 100,000 hours and helped raise over 2 million.
