Enjoy an Outdoor Cinema Experience in Surrey at Summer Screen event

‘The Secret Life of Pets’ and ‘Bridesmaids’ are returning to the big screen on Saturday 1 July at The Children’s Trust’s Summer Screen event, which takes place at the charity’s headquarters in the beautiful grounds of Tadworth Court, Surrey. The popular event, which consists of two separate screenings, gives attendees the full outdoor cinema experience within the manor house grounds. Food and beverage stalls will serve Pimms and bubbles for the adults and tasty treats for the kids. There will be lots of space for picnics, plus children’s (and adults!) games, raffles, a photobooth and more. Doors will open for the afternoon screening of family favourite ‘The Secret Life of Pets’ at 1pm before the films kicks off at 2pm. The evening showing of popular comedy ‘Bridesmaids’ (classified 15) will open at 7pm before the film starts at 8pm. Hannah Vince, Fundraiser at The Children’s Trust: “We asked our staff to vote for the films we should play at this year’s event and were really pleased when ‘The Secret Life of Pets’ and ‘Bridesmaids’ came out on top. With these films and the exciting array of food and entertainment available we know it will be a great afternoon and evening for everyone that attends.” Money raised from Summer Screen will benefit The Children’s Trust, the UK’s leading charity for children with brain injury.
