Guy Hardy Flying Scotsman

Thank you to Guy Hardy who raised over £1700 by opening his field over the Easter Bank Holiday at Treemans Road, Horsted Keynes.  All guests donated to The Children’s Trust to access the Bluebell Railway line & watch the Iconic Flying Scotsman pass by to enable them to take photographs of the locomotive from an unusual vantage point on private land – A fantastic weekend was had by everyone and although hard work, it came together perfectly! We hope to work with Guy in the future and discuss the possibility holding future exciting events! A Massive THANK YOU to all involved!    Sam our Community Fundraising Manager for Kent and Sussex is trying to raise awareness and funds,  if you live in either of these regions and would like to get involved with organising a community event, she would love to hear from you. Sam is here to offer encouragement, advice, support and guidance for any supporter who would like to organise their own fundraising event for The Children’s Trust.  Quiz nights, balls, dinner and dances, cake bakes, or maybe even a Skydive, these are just a few ideas!     To contact Samantha and discuss any ideas you may have, please email Samantha.carter@thechildrenstrust.org.uk or call 07850 938 135
