Join Amy Wright on Friday 26 June between 10am and 10.30am for this session on assistive technology.

In this session, Amy will:

  • explain what assistive technology and switch access is
  • explain how switch access is used for fun activities at home such as hairdryer ten-pin bowling!
  • provide details of assistive technology equipment used

Please note - this session will not include detailed advice on how to carry out a switch access assessment and assumes the child has already had some experience in using switches for adapted activities.

This session will be suitable for parents, carers, occupational therapists, speech and language therapists, nurses and support workers.
