HR Recruitment Administrator

Location: Tadworth Court, Tadworth, Surrey, KT20 5RU Duration: Ongoing Time commitment: Minimum 4 hours a week (flexible)  About The Children's Trust: The Children's Trust is the UK's leading charity for children with brain injury. Come and join our team of 500 dedicated volunteers who support us in the vital work that we do, to give children with brain injury the best life possible. Role purpose: Join our family of admin volunteers who give a few hours each week to help behind the scenes at The Children’s Trust, so that we can provide the best possible service for children that need us.
What will the role involve? Being part of a busy office, supporting the HR team on a range of tasks your role will include;
  • Recruitment administration, including interview co-ordination, preparing interview packs & job specifications
  • Answering and making phone calls
  • Updating databases and producing documents
  • Photocopying & filing
  • Work within given parameters of confidentiality and security
What skills and experience will you need? 
  • Good telephone manner and communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of Word & Excel
  • Adaptability and flexibility
  • A 'can do' attitude
  • HR skills are not essential for administration volunteers as support & training will be given
