Recruitment Adminstrator

Location: Tadworth Court, Tadworth, Surrey, KT20 5RU Duration: Ongoing Time commitment: Minimum 4 hours a week (flexible)  About The Children's Trust: The Children's Trust is the UK's leading charity for children with brain injury. Come and join our team of 500 dedicated volunteers who support us in the vital work that we do, to give children with brain injury the best life possible. Role purpose: You will be joining the volunteer team at an exciting time of growth and as such your role is vital in supporting all of the volunteer recruitment administration; ensuring that our volunteers have a fantastic journey with us from start to finish.
What will the role involve?
  • Communicating with volunteers, ensuring they are enjoying their volunteer experience with us 
  • Updating the website with new roles
  • Posting roles on to other web/ media platforms
  • Reference processing
  • Recruitment tracking
  • Interview and induction scheduling
  • Diarising meetings
  • Data entry
  • Filing and photocopying
  • Other tasks as required
What skills and experience will you need? 
  • Passion for volunteering
  • Experience of working on your own initiative and as part of a team
  • Good writing and communication skills
  • Adaptability and flexibility
  • Willingness to undertake training as and when required.
  • A 'can do' attitude
