Humphrey's Pyjama Week
During 11th - 15th October 2010, we hope over 40,000 children will take part in Humphrey's Pyjama Week and wear their pyjamas to nursery, pre-school or school! Make sure your nursery or preschool is involved!
The Children's Trust and the popular pre-school brand, Humphrey's Corner, have got together again to bring you the enormously successful Humphrey's Pyjama Week!
For a voluntary donation of £2 per child, children can wear their pyjamas to nursery or school and participate in a number of fun and educational themed activities, whilst raising funds for The Children's Trust.
Each nursery will receive an event pack which include a keepsake activity booklet. This starts with a short story about Humphrey visiting a friend that has hurt his head. There will also be activities for children to carry out either at school or home. This activity booklet will be a lovely momento of their day wearing pyjamas. Each child will also receive an invitation and a certificate.
For staff and teachers, the pack includes some ideas of events to carry out throughout your Pyjama day such as a jam tarts recipe (Humphrey's favourite treat!) and a treasure hunt template sheet.
