Rehabilitation in the Community appeal
Each year over 5,000 children suffer an acquired brain injury but most do not have access to the specialist help available at The Children's Trust.
We want to help many more children and families by developing services in the community. This will allow more children to benefit from the skills and experience we have developed over many years.
We have already begun and a small team of specially trained therapists is working with families and children from across the UK. Their skills enable children who have suffered a brain injury cope with life when they return home and go back to school.
Many more children need this help and to reach them we need to raise the funds to recruit and train more therapists. We know what a difference we can make to children with a brain injury. With your support even more children and their families will get the help they desperately need.
