How your donations help

For the last ten years The Children's Trust has been working through a major redevelopment programme to update its buildings and improve the quality of life experienced by the children in our care.

Although the Trust can charge the children’s local authorities for their care, education and therapy the fees don’t cover everything, e.g. new buildings, the support we offer the families, the cost of recruiting and training our volunteers or maintaining the grounds. Generally, the Trust budgets for a short fall of about £500,000 each year which must be met by voluntary donations.
